I am writing this because I want everyone to know how wonderful Aspenridge is! I have lived in 2 town houses as well as a 1 bedroom. You will not find any other complex in vancouver for these prices! The one bedroom is perfect for a single person...Its the right amount of space and also offers a great lit up back patio.
The town houses are AWESOME! They have 2 balconeys that are on each floor, one off the living room and the other off the master bedroom... There is so much space as well as storage space! The kitchen is big with a lot of cabinet space. The only down sides to the complex are that there is no quarter machine in the laundry mat.. It would be more convient if i didnt have to make a stop at the bank to get quarters, the other is that parking is kind of a drag... I have one assinged space and when I have people over it is really hard for them to find a spot lose to my apartment. I wish there could be something done about this.There is a great fitness center that is very clean and offers you different workout options. If I have ever had a maintenance issue I have always gotten an immediate responce as well as a great attitude. The staff is quick to work with you on any problems that you need help with. Bottem line is that if you are looking for a great deal on a great apartment you should deffanatly stop in to aspenridge, I am very happy I did!
