The most expensive floor plans per square foot in all of vancouver. you can hear everything through the flooring and walls. The bathrooms are in your bedrooms, they are small floorplans.
They have very old appliences, the windows and doors leak air so your apartment is always cold and any heat you put into it leaks out before it heats the apartment.
The parking is horrible. There is never any parking and people steal your parking spot or leave broken down cars in the vacant ones. Overall you pay for what you dont get.
