Too expensive

I have lived at Autumn Chase for about a year. It has the most expensive floor plans per square foot in all of Vancouver (this is true). Also, you can hear everything through the flooring and walls. Some of the leasing agents have bad attitudes once they have gotten you to sign on the dotted line. They have very old appliences (electricity users $$$$$$$$$), the windows and doors leak air so your apartment is always cold and any heat you put into it leaks out before it heats the apartment. There is always mold, mold and more mold. In addition, I have noticed that people leave broken down cars in the vacant spots and someone broke into my car the second month we lived there. Also, lights on the property are always burning out and no one fixes them until you call. Overall you pay for what you don't get. There are more cheaper apartments in Vancouver that are better. Shop around before you lease!
