Locked Up in a Ghetto in Cascade Park *

Property is in Disrepair/ No insulation/ Windows not sealed/ Wind blows through all windows and doors as well as the Cold Cement floors Radiants through. There is only *1 small wall heater to heat over half the unit/ Maintenance unskilled/do not fix problems (there are allot) Correctly. Takes forever to get them to begin with to fix the issues. One of the Common Problems is that the Dishwashers empty through the overflow all over the counter and floor* They / Staff *Don?t put Tenant?s all ready on premise Interest First..Example" If your work schedule is to get up at 4am / Just to rent a unit *They/Staff make sure they put *above you a person or persons in a *1 Bedroom Unit* That comes in at Midnight from their job, that has Cats and a dog* Plus do not do anything when more than whos on the lease resides in the unit (like 5 in 1 bedroom) When you attempt to let them know of problems that effect all** They/Staff

including the manager **All they do is give Letters for Noise/ Unclean Balconies/etc. No follow through... That is it* Letters..But they are getting money for renting it, With absolutely NO Regard for the person already there.....*** The Pets not monitored. Pet messes all over premise/ Huge Dogs means huge messes are Allowed or Pets are sneaked in / Still only getting a Letter when you let the office know that the premise is going to in a hand basket...hey they rented the unit and are making a profit . got your name on a lease, so why should they care anymore * ** BEST is the Staff says they didn?t see whatever you bring to their attention therefore you must be telling a story* Great response when you are attempting to protect your property and privacy *

Illegally parked vehicles/ and non- working blocking residences parking and visitors. They?ll put a bright orange *Tow sticker on them but do nothing else..


Very Noisy / No privacy where you can hear bathroom activities as well as bedroom in your Unit..The stench of your neighbor flows through to your unit/ on your clothes/ and expensive belongs furnishings/ Only thing that looks decent is the Office outside* Where flowers/ well keep greenery adorn the Club House/ the furnishings inside are filthy* But your units that are way over priced look like a ghetto setting.. Very Bad place to live..If you are already there you have to stay as not be penalized for breaking a lease..Or you probably if like me/ can?t afford to move at this time as that in itself cost Money to do** Locked Up in a Ghetto in Cascade Park *
