On Premis Over 7 Yrs** Dates On This Website Is WRONG*
Property is in Disrepair/ No insulation/ Windows not sealed/ Wind blows through all windows and doors as well as the Cold Cement floors Radiants through. There is only *1 small wall heater to heat over half the unit/ Maintenance unskilled/do not fix problems (there are allot) Correctly. Takes forever to get them to begin with to fix the issues. One of the Common Problems is that the Dishwashers empty through the overflow all over the counter and floor* They / Staff *Don?t put Tenant?s all ready on premise Interest First..Example" If your work schedule is to get up at 4am / Just to rent a unit *They/Staff make sure they put *above you a person or persons in a *1 Bedroom Unit* That comes in at Midnight from their job, that has Cats and a dog* Plus do not do anything when more than whos on the lease resides in the unit (like 5 in 1 bedroom) When you attempt to let them know of problems that effect all** They/Staff including the manager **All they do is give Letters for Noise/ Unclean Balconies/etc. No follow through... That is it* Letters..But they are getting money for renting it, With absolutely NO Regard for the person already there.....*** The Pets not monitored. Pet messes all over premise/ Huge Dogs means huge messes are Allowed or Pets are sneaked in / Still only getting a Letter when you let the office know that the premise is going to in a hand basket...hey they rented the unit and are making a profit . got your name on a lease, so why should they care anymore * ** BEST is the Staff says they didn?t see whatever you bring to their attention therefore you must be telling a story* Great response when you are attempting to protect your property and privacy *
Illegally parked vehicles/ and non- working blocking residences parking and visitors. They?ll put a bright orange *Tow sticker on them but do nothing else..
Very Noisy / No privacy where you can hear bathroom activities as well as bedroom in your Unit..The stench of your neighbor flows through to your unit/ on your clothes/ and expensive belongs furnishings/ Only thing that looks decent is the Office outside* Where flowers/ well keep greenery adorn the Club House/ the furnishings inside are filthy* But your units that are way over priced look like a ghetto setting.. Very Bad place to live..If you are already there you have to stay as not be penalized for breaking a lease..Or you probably if like me/ can?t afford to move at this time as that in itself cost Money to do**
UPDATE* As About 7 Months Ago They NO LONGER ALLOW PETS, ut Hey The Sneak Them In, Again You Make The Office/manager Aware But Only Letters are Sent* Sneak Out And Allow The ---- To Pile Up. You Can't Smell Any Fresh Air Because Of The Piles Of Big ---- )
Are You NUTS! Those Who Attempt To Write A GOOD Review / You Are One Of Those PET People WHO DO NOT PICK UP That POOP! And Been Sneaking Those Big Dogs On Premise* I Do Live Upstairs And I Can't Open My Windows(Yeah They Attempted To Replace The Old Wind Through Windows BUT They Still Leak ! Cold Air! And They Even Haven't FINISHED Caulking Them Or Painting The Patch Work shoddy Job Around All The Rep;laced Windows.No One Bothered Tp Even Check On The Work, But I Called To Inform That Cpld Air Still Blows Yes Blows Through And The MANAGER Stated That The Same Insulation Is In All The Apts* Which I Had A Professional Check And Guess What DAH! There Is No Insulation In Closets.Storage Units/Walls Inside Apt NOR Around Windows!!! And The Rent Cost* Goes Up Each Year/Now Paying For Water Which We Do Pay For The Pool Even Though We Don't Use*TOOO Many Kids That Are Turned Out To Destroy Grounds Run All Over ,Damaging Vehicles /Throwing Rocks On Premise That Keep The Club House Area UNCLEAN (Piss In Pool ) Parents Don't Care as They Have better things To Do Rather Then Take Them To The PLAY Area!! Allowing Kids To Run In The Streets And Complain About People Drive Too Fast Cause They Want Their Kids Playing In The Street..So They Don;t Have To Be With Them** As Well As The Younger Residence Which Are Annoying And Do Not Take Care Of Their Kids Let Alone There 2 Plus BIG Dogs *** OH DID YOU FORGET To Mention AUTUMN CHASE DOES NO LONGER RENT TO PET PEOPLE (DOG Owners As About 8 Months Ago) And If You Get Caught Sneaking Them In Your Out Of Here !!!!So Dummy You Just Got Busted As NO PETS ARE ALLOWED HERE Because Of All The ---- And Destruction Those Animals Are Allowed To Cause By Owners Like You. And It Is Cruel To Have A Big Dog in These Small Apts!!
I Could Go On But Lets Just Say DO Not Live Here Its Dirty*Bad Tenants All Over Compound*You Pay For Others Destruction* Bad Odor Fills The Air With Dog ---- And Unclean Tenants Who Do Not Care* I Am Stuck Here Cause Can't Afford To Move Out Now But Will Be Forced Out Will Increasing Rent And Paying For All The Repairs Done On Property Due To Ill Management Of Property And Renting To Idiots Like The One Who Wrote The Original Kudos For Maintenance Of Which They (STAFF) Aren't Happy About Their Roles Either! You Know Nothing..But Hey Your Lease Is Up...Rate Hike For You!

Wow, this is one digruntled tenant! I have not had any issues with my diswasher, the washer and dryers work great, and the times we alerted management to problems - we got very prompt responses. Often, our issues were tended to the very day that we issued the need for attention/repairs. Any apartment community that allows pets are likely to have some issues with damage they cause - that is why when a tenant moves out, carpets are not cleaned, they are replaced; doors, windows and screens are replaced as necessary, and the unit is spackled nicely and re-painted. I am sure there are a good many residents here that are very happy they are allowed to have their large dogs with them in an apartment community, because not many other complexes allow that. Pit bull and other breed restrictions apply on other properties and when folks lose their homes (which if you haven't noticed has happened a good deal in the last 2-3 years due to this economy) - they lose their treasured pets because they aren't allowed to have them anymore. Pets become members of your family and it hurts when you have to relinquish a pet. I think it is really nice that Autumn Chase allows folks to have their animals, and can tell you from personal experience that most of the tenants here take good care of their animals. I have not had issues with barking dogs, with pet odor, or any other pet-related plagues of which the author speaks. Educated people typically understand that they are likely not going to have absolute privacy (as far as sound is concerned) in an apartment unit that is literally just inches from the neighboring unit, so honestly - there really are no grounds for a legitimate complaint there. So long as tenants show basic human decency and respect for others, you will be just fine at Autumn Chase. Self evidenced in the message above with the lack of grammar, punctuation, and proper spelling, is the fact that the author of this complaint is clearly uneducated and lacks the competence necessary to give a well justified and accurate evaluation of Autumn Chase, or anything for that matter. Please form your own opinion, don't take it from this individual.

DAH! Your Evidently Amongst The New* And Young Tenants, And Very Illiterate Yourself..Which Is Clearly Seen In Your Response And Have Not Lived As Long As As Adults* Especially On This Property* Do You Even read?
Your Obviously One Of The Younger Very Disrespectful Renters That I Addressed As Being One Of The Issues At This Complex.No Clue! For One Example DAH!, Washer And Dryers Just lately Have Become Part Of The Apts So They Can Charge You More For Rents* And The Reason Carpets Are Replaced Is They Are Changing Out Everyone's That Move , Same With Kitchens Remodeled,Adding A Variety Of Upgrades Is To Have Every Apt On Premise Up To Date/Code And Moderized More (Some Apts Of Us Adults That Have Been Here Still Have To Have And Use*20yr Old 2nd Hand Appliances Still*) And We Also Moved In With *Our Own Washer And Dryers Of Which Most Of Us That Have Lost Our Homes / Jobs Prior Due To Economic Conditions That We Already Had! What Do You Know About Economic Situations, You Have Not Lived That Long Nor Have the Capability to Even Grasp What Life Is* . And Yeah! Autumn Chase Will Continue To Raise Rents/ Charge Exorbitant Charges For Water And Sewer/And Garbage And Car Ports,All Of Which We Never Had To Pay For, Until Tenants Like You Who Don't HAVE To Reside Here For Long Periods Of Time,And Of The Baggage You Bring Of Non Responsibility /Letting Your Kids Ruin The Grounds/Animal Sneaker In's That Have Caused So Much Turmoil/Destruction And For Disregarding The *Property* In General* So Now The Complex Is Able To Charge More For Rent* Until You Are All Grown Up Keep Your Opinions To Yourself..Newbie* No Clue* The management Company That Runs The Property Raise Rents Based On People Like You Who Don't Stick That Long A Leave Apts And Grounds Destroyed As You Do Not Know How To Keep The Laws And Regulations Of Apt Living And Do Not Even Care About Those Around You Who Have To Live In A Apt*Us True Washington Residence Who Were Born And Raised In This Community Take Pride And Ownership No Matter What Adversity's We Have To Face, Its Just Sucks That I Have To Face You Everyday...Time Is Now For A Change In Residency//I See Your Place Will Be Vacant Soon..

I have lived here for two years, have my dogs with me, and no I didn't sneak them in. I paid my pet deposit and lived here before they changed the breed restrictions - which by the way is all it is, breed restrictions, not no pets period. And if you lived here before, you are allowed to keep your dogs, thus what is called a "grandfather" rule. Yes, not all pet owners pick up after their pets, but that is life in an apartment complex. Yes, some people let their kids go wherever and whenever they want, but again, you live in an apartment complex. You don't like it, then find an over 50 complex that doesn't take pets, and you'll be fine. Autumn Chase has it's problems, just like any other complex, but it's a nice place to live and I love it. You don't like it - then leave. Don't pollute people with your ignorance.

You hit the nail on the head, this place is a GHETTO, and just an update, they now allow pets in the apartment complex again. This place is a joke. The person downstairs has thre pets and hasn't brought one in legally. Oh, well thats life, right people in apartments don't have to respect one another or follow rules, that what they make jails for, which by the way is where most of these folks belong to include the staff.
