We lived there for three years; one in a studio and two in a one bedroom. Maintenence leaves much to be desired. They seem as if they should be working in some run down bowling alley bar, not to mention that things may get fixed but don't remain fixed. The appliances are so outdated leaving you with high energy bills. There is no insulation so wind blows through the cracks in the door jams, windows etc..taking the heat that constantly has to be on.The dishwasher overflow makes an absolute mess. There is no insulation/padding below the carpet so you feel like you're walking on semi-padded concrete. The leasing agents have the personality of a goat-none at all.The exercise equipment was consistently broken, the club house needed to be cleaned far more often than it was.The big screen is great if you can navigate your way through a remote with all the button labels broken off ( it was like that for two years!!).Noise is a whole other issue and nothing is ever done about it. We felt like we got taken..The prices are obnoxious for what you get and they reaised the rent on our one bedroom $50.00 at once( month to month) and had the audacity to charge @$775.00 w/o leasing.Vancouver has many other apts that are way less expensive and alot nicer/better maintained.BEWARE!**************
