Okay, the staff: they suck! They're miserable, unfriendly and rude. Obviously inexperienced and clueless, and don't care to learn. They sign you up to a lease with a huge lease-break penalty, so you cant afford to leave when you realize you want to, then you never hear from them again. The maintenance staff are lazy and clueless, and the leasing staff obviously rent to absolutely anybody! There are some really scummy tenants here, with their junk cars (which the management turns a blind-eye to!), enormous dogs, loud music, endless disgusting friends and families and their all-night noise! This place is too awful for words. My winter electricity bill was $150 thanks to the gaps around the windows. Honestly, this place is a ghetto and nobody does a thing about it. Don't be late with your rent though; it'll cost you $75! There are so many apartments to rent in Vancouver - try somewhere else. Right now there's a gang of kids outside drinking and shouting; how wonderful. Do the management care' Not likely...
