We moved in to Autumn Chase in July of 2003 and will be here until at least August of 2005. We have been nothing but pleased with everything within the complex. Maintenence has been awesome and very quick, the apartments are roomy and very inexpensive, the grounds are VERY clean, and the staff is VERY good! We were having trouble with noise in a few apartments with some younger people partying and they have since been evicted, so action is taken if you do not follow the rules. Parking is not much of a problem, but have had to park a little away from my apartment lately due to 100% of all the units being rented out throughout complex. A free breakfast is served every Saturday morning in the clubhouse which is awesome! It is a beautiful complex and would recomend to anyone and return at any time!
