My husband and I decided to rent at Autumn Chase b/c it looked like one of the few, clean and well kept up apartments. The grounds are yes, very nice, but everything else was a HUGE disappointment.
We lived there for 12 months and cant count how many times we had trails of ants coming in and out. Turns out Autumn Chase is fully aware of this problem but just choose to not inform you of it apparently. When you get on there case about fixing the problem....good luck b/c they really dont care.
Dave, the manager is really nice, but everyone else was totally lacking in the apartment "management" area. Nothing would get done unless you stayed right on top of them.
Every window in the entire apartment leaked air, even through the door so it was impossible to keep the place warm even with the fireplace and both heaters going without having a 200 electric bill.
Parking is ridiculous, you get one covered parking space, which is like 5 miles from where you actually live. Then there are maybe 7 open spaces around your apartment where anyone can park, but people would park there junkers there and leave them for a decade so you wouldnt have luck with that part anyways.
For the money that we were paying for this place was a huge waste. I've lived in a much worse area with rent soooo much cheaper and it was 10x better then this place. Its just wayyy over rated and looks better then it is. We never even felt good about our cars hangin out over night!
