Attractive place to live

I've rented here for a year and a half and am only leaving due to a job change. Parking is horrible, and management is pleasant if sometimes a little difficult to deal with, but the grounds are attractive and the layout of the buildings with all the trees is very pleasant.
I never experienced the ant or wasp problems other reviewers have mentioned. Several cars were broken into or stolen while I was here, so theft has been a problem, though I never had any issues--used a club, but had no car alarm. Just have to be careful to always keep your car locked and never leave anything out visible in your car. I had an upper level apartment so never had to deal with a lot of noise. Apartments aren't that well insulated, though, as I could tell from my high bills in the winter and noise from my quiet 1st level neighbor.
Two balconies in a one-bedroom apartment and huge walk-in closet were great. Maintenance was pretty timely and even helped install my window-unit A/C. They were generally short-staffed but as prompt as possible. Also, very pet-friendly. Many complexes don't allow large dogs, but Autumn Chase does. Overall, I'd say it's a little high-priced for what you get, but the atmosphere and location were worth it to me. And if you're only parking one car, you won't have any parking trouble.
