So, my husband and I wanted to move to the Autumn Chase for a few years having toured it when the rent was not so high.
We finally got to move here and have been here for a year now.
The neighbors are pathetic - ranging from too snooty to talk to you to, too low income to give a damn about anyone else living there and then the red necks that don't see beyond the color of skin.
The Section 8 people have many children that they can't or won't controll and are running out in fornt of cars and pointing play guns at your car. But do the parents pay attention'' No that's not their job if you ask them!! And them I was letting the children that pointed the gun at the car that was not the right thing to do and some woman actually told me that I shouldn't be talking to the children - oh goodness!
The management(Dave)is great at addressing issues - I can't say the same for the rest of them they just collect the paychecks we fund monthly.
The option for a pet is there - yes they even accept large breed dogs. With that comes a severe poo pick up issue that is just not right and the large breeds off the leash. And we only want a cat - indoor - and they want a $300 fee (non-refundable) that I can't see paying if you wont get it back.
Parking is a nightmare unless you want to pay for a covered space like it's Downtown Portland or something.
Walls are thin - too thin.
The pool is ok - very shallow and once again the child breeders dont's controll the children so you have many violations. This includes diving into a hot tub that is 3 feet - shich they are not to be in at all - and thinking it's funny to poor chemicals in it.
Ok enough venting - it looks good on the outside - beauty is only skin deep.

This review only touches the surface .Never get grounds cleaned or planted right, only at the office, mud pits, leaking sprinkler systems* which by the way we now have to pay WATER* SEWER and garbage. $ buildings have 1 gargabe area/ heaps of stinking /rat infested areas! Manager does nothing but states 1 person to pay #18 month/ 2 pay only $24 and 3 -up occupants pay $34/ Guess who pays more/ yep the single person. RIP OFF/ parking lot carpots leaking/ rusty/ pavement cracked and big chunks of concert steps missing/ saftey hazards/ along with non cleaning of gutters/chimmeys/another fire saftey hazard/remodeled apts/ still NO INSULLATION! thin walls/office does nothing but send letters to offenders of noise/ not picking up dog ----/or no leash on dogs/ more than one dog in these small apts/huge dogs/ great danes adult dogs/ shhep dogs/ german shepards etc. DON'T RENT HERE/just get rents raised everytime you turn around/!!
