I havent had much trouble with these apartments until the new owners took over and they replaced the old awesome manager who is alot nicer and more understanding than this new manager who finds every little issue and make it a big one..Not mentioning this apartment is so ghetto. Also over the time he changes the policy without the exception of how long you've lived here and enforces it with a strict horrible and mean demeanor. Though the price is $525 monthly, these apartments are not worth the price nor the time to come and look at. The staff and the management is horrible and for how many years ive lived in many different apartments this has to be the worst one. At first the new manager will lure you in with a nice tone voice, then after you've lived here for a couple of months...well good luck! My advice dont even check this place out casue if i had a way i would file a complaint to the owners of this complex and replace this douche bag manager to a better caring and understanding manager to better this place!

Funny reviews. The only problems I have had while living here is inconsiderate neighbors who throw cigarette butts all over, leave their stinking trash on the front porch, and park in my spot. As far as I can tell the manager only irritates tenants while enforcing the simple rules, maybe you should learn what they are and follow them. You don't like the apartments? Then leave. Sounds like YOU are the problem.
