They are making a real effort to better the apartment complex. The staff is extremly nice. This place is a nice starter apartment...this is a very small community and you share balcony and patio area with your neighbors so you don't really have a lot of privacy.

this is actually a large community. there are ~6 buildings arranged in a triangle with the office & utility building in the middle. price check for july 2008: 1 BR $550 with 6 month lease, 600$ without.
