New owners took over the complex at the beginning of 2009 and new manager was also installed. I mean c'mon, who really is going to take the time to post pictures of the apartment complex where they live...only the ones that are trying to rent out units.
It is pretty quiet here except for the emergency sirens that seem to blare along 4th Plain and the occasional soccer games and practices that occur in the late afternoon or on the weekends in the adjacent field beneath the transmission lines.
I do agree that the landscaping is well maintained and all would be perfect in the world that if there is EVER as much snow as we got this past December they would hire a private contractor come in and plow the parking lot. (Just an idea.)
Young adults living in the complex do seem to be the major offenders of obnoxious residents and I hope they have to put up with the same type of people when they want a nice and peaceful environment.
The only thing that I have to complain abut is the random people that use up parking spaces to see their kids play soccer or people that don't live here that come just to rummage through the recycling bins. And the people that don't pick up after their pets do their thing.
