Not great, but could be worse

I've lived at at the Brentwood apartments for 8 months now, and my experience has been okay so far.
Repairs to my apartment were made the same day I reported them.
The staff wasn't overly friendly, but they were never rude.
The apartment layout isn't great, but the size is decent.
And my neighbors have all been pretty friendly.
There are a few problems with the apartments though.
It can be hard to find parking.
And the parking stalls are very small!! The noise is also a problem.
People play loud music, and if your bedroom is facing the street, you hear cars and loud music all night long! People also seem to have a problem picking up after their dogs! I've stepped in dog poop a couple of times! And the washmachines and dryers in the apartments are awful!! They are old and make a lot of noise.
If you can afford something a little better, then I wouldn't live here.
But if you can't, they're okay.
