Unless it's your last resort- do not rent here! Not worth your time, money or peace of mind.

Ours was 1 yr lease too long.

Parking is a nightmare.

Our cars continuously kept getting hit in the parking lot, finally we get a carport and one of our cars gets STOLEN! Does anyone care' Of course not! Management turns their heads about everything.

Brentwood = party central.

Drugs drugs and more drugs.

Sleep' Sometimes.

Noise complaints...

too many! Maintenance is non existent.

We have maintenance request RECEIPTS from 7 months ago - STILL NO REPAIRS! BS! Management rather harrassing as time of lease expiration comes around.

Can't wait to get our cleaning bill when we move out soon..

am sure it will be astronomical.

Also....

construction of apartments deserve an F-.

Cheap, cheap cheap! Everything falls apart.

Everything breaks.

Definately regret our stay.
