First of all, management is terrible. They are rude and don't genuinely seem like they want to help.

Upon move-in I had several complaints. One, the apartment had not been cleaned prior to moving in. Two, The carpet had several stains. Which should have been completely replaced prior to my move in. Three, They did not have carports available to rent and parking is horrible at night. I had requested to be put on a waiting list and they forgot about me.

About a year later, I called for carport availability, when realizing that new tenants were receiving carports. This only became another problem. The cleaning people and maintenance people parked either in your spot or in an area preventing you to enter or exit your spot. Even in a tow away zone people still try and park all night, preventing people from entering and exiting their carport. After hours you have to call Metrowatch to have cars towed so you can move your car. Metrowatch took several hours to do anything, so if you had to go to work or had any kind of appointment you were sure to be late. Also Metrowatch sometimes claims not to be able to do anything without management office approval. This the management office claims is not accurate.
