This is one of the worse place's I have lived the inside of the apt is somewhat nice but the parking is horrible and the theft is even worse-my car was broken into and the stereo was stolen-my whole dash ripped out. the younger crowd (which the apt is full of)race through the parking lot and make as much noise as possible in the middle of the night and the parties are ongoing almost every night. when you complain to the management here they just tell you that you have to follow procedures and call metrowatch so many times before they can do anything. Whatever you do dont forget what day rent is due, if you are one day late the late fee is 75 dollars.... The carport you can rent cost you extra and will not protect you from theft or even damage... I have a jeep and left my top off one night and found someone threw a bunch of empty beer cans in it.. I just wish I could get out of my lease......
