A crack house is a safer place to live...

Been here over half a year, car has been broken into 2 times and dented/scratched more times than I can count...but it still comes out of my insurance.

That means over a thousand dollars that comes out of my pocket.

Where is Metrowatch' You would have an easier time finding Waldo.

They are supposed to drive around 6 or so times a night...but I havent seen them once.

I enjoy dogs.

I have a small Maltese that is a lot of fun and doesnt bark much.

I dont understand an apartment complex that would allow HUGE dogs in their apartments.

Many of these dogs run freely and I have witnessed a few dog on dog fights that were horrible.

Poop is another problem.

Very few of us clean up after our dogs.

Most are let to crap anywhere they want.

Cant let your children play on the grass because of what they will find.

I also witnessed children here running amoke and doing whatever they wanted with no guidance.

They destroy things in the buildings and no one stops them.

Management is very INNEFFECTIVE.

Seem to put on a false face when confronted with a problem.

Its always the "I feel for your situation, but there isnt much I can do." Well, if they would live here and come out of their caves in the evening they would witness what is going on.

Still, no one says anything.

Even when you report things nothing gets done.

Maintenance took 2 months just to come up to the apartment after I filed 4 different repair requests.

Seemed like they kept losing them.

When they arrived, they said they couldnt fix one of the problems and I waited 2 weeks more for one lousy screen for a window.

Parking, dont even get me started.

Most of the cars here are from visitors who dont care about where they park, how much noise they make, or what time it is.

Again, no METROWATCH anywhere to be seen.

All in all, the only thing this apartment has going for it is Location...and that is getting old.

When my lease is up...Im out of here and dont care if I have to live in a dumpster..it has to be better.

Spend the extra $50 a month and move to Fishers Landing or Hazel Dell...you wont regret it.
