I have lived at Brentwood for the last two years and my husband for three.

The entire staff is friendly and knowledgeable including maintenance.

If there is a maintenance problem they address it promptly.

I have noticed a high turn around rate but those are people who we wouldn't want to stay here anyways.

I have three neighbors in just my courtyard who have been here for at least two years and I never have had a problem parking unless I'm coming home at midnight.

Late swingshift workers might have trouble parking.

The grounds are always clean and well maintained, they have crews out here keeping it clean on a daily basis.

This is a very safe place to live.

I have children who are 6 and 7 and I feel safe to let them play outside with their friends.
