I have had no problems with these apts whatsoever. The one time I needed maintenance they got to me within 5 hours. I have not had my car stolen, scratched, broken into, or hit. I can always find a parking spot. I have yet to see any type of drug deals going on or parties. All of the complaints that people are talking about on here are nonexistent as far as I see. the only problem I've had is one night there was a peeping tom mastubating outside my sliding door. Police and metrowatch responded immediately and are constantly keeping watch around my apt. both have also assured me that there have been no previous problems like that. The management staff has been nothing but friendly and helpful to me especially when it came to making sure I still felt safe in my apt. As to the size of the apt, my 1 bedroom is 800 sq ft. One of the biggest I found for under $800. I have heard of dog feces being a problem in a couple different complexes here but mine isn't one of those. My neighbors and I are very concientious about the state of our yards and keep it clean. As for the walls being thin, I totally disagree. I used to live in a place where I listened to my upstairs neighbors have sex every morning at 7AM and my neighbor to the side snore every night. I hear nothing from my neighbors here. Not only that but when the peeping tom incident occurred all of my neighbors rallied around me and helped keep an eye on things. If anything looked suspicious they either contacted me immediately or metrowatch who responded instantly.

I just wanted to say thanks for the honest imput. I too looked to rent at Brentwood and looked at 6 other places, and I will say the grounds looked good, the office staff were 110% helpful and made me feel comfortable. The size of the apartments were very large, and for the price, I feel it was under priced! (I hope I don't have any issues with any one hearing us at 7 am)!
