I was just looking over some of the comments about Brentwood and I can't believe it! This is the best place I've ever lived, I love my apt., the staff is helpful and friendly, and I can't imagine living anywhere else.

In my experience, crime is everywhere and while I have heard about some car break-ins and a few being stolen I also know that that's happened everywhere I've lived, INCLUDING a gated community that had 24 hour security. Most of the break ins I heard of included people leaving their purses in their car or not taking the face plate off their stereo. Hello! If you can't be responsible for your belongings don't blame the apartment community!

The floorplans are awesome, I love my fireplace, vaulted ceilings, and washer/dryer. The only maintenance issue I ever had was when my dryer stopped working and the maintenance staff was in my apt. within 4 hours after I called about it. It turned out they couldn't fix it, but I had a new one the next day! That's service.

I suggest to everyone that you form your own opinion and don't only take into consideration the discontented people who don't know how to take responsibility for their own choices. Brentwood Rocks! Check it out.
