I was touring apartments last week, still not srue where I am going to rent, but a friend said, "****** check out the apartment ratings and read feed back". SO I DID JUST THAT!
I think it was a gal named Wendi, she was extremly helpful. She showed me the area and to my surprise there was a lot of parking around all of the complex. I did not see any kids running around, in fact I made a statement on how quite it was considering school was out! While we were walking to look at an aparment, one of the maintance guys was walking by and she introduced me to them. I thought that was great! The place looked clean to me and the landscaping was nice. Grass is a little muddy, but it does rain a lot in WA!
I looked at several aparment ratings and was just a little disturbed with such nasty negatvity.
Now that I have had a chance to read some of the stories, I have made my choice. I think Brentwood will make a good place for me to come home to.

I think that you are smoking SOMETHING!!!!! There was NEVER any parking when we lived there......there was people in and out CONSTANTLY....and kids all over the place. You must've gone in on a good day. How's life there now? You enjoying the MOLD?
