When we moved in here we were told that there were very few breakins. Well we lived here for about two months and my car got broken into. It is now run of the mill to get a note posted on your door stating that there was a burglary in an apartment. I will be moving when our lease is up. Mold is a problem as the ventilation in the bathrooms is fake and doesn't exhaust steam from showers. Management stated to leave a window open to solve this problem. Ok I will leave a window open so my apartment can be broken into!!! It is also fricken cold in the winter!!! Not a solution. I have problems believing the last 4 reviews on here as being real reviews. Smells like management trolling posting fake reviews. "Close to the mall,target,olive garden and it's so great!!!". No apartment dweller has a perfect experience so take these good reviews with a grain of salt. If you plan on parking in a good spot ... for over a week for whatever reason you will get a warning that your car will be towed posted on your car. They know it's your car.. but they won't call you.. Great management. I guess posting a letter telling you that 5 apartments have been broken into in 3 months covers their butts...legally.. Again great management.
