Several years ago this was a nice complex, not anymore, most renters tend to be younger party set and the crime rate for the complex is horrible. The complex is frequently featured in the columbian crime section about breakins, car theft or drugs. You will not be safe here and the management is not doing anything to better this situation. We recently toured this complex as we were looking for something in the mall area, and we were shocked that they offered us a lease on an apt. without a background check, ,they took our screening fee and came back 5 minutes later and said we were approved. How can they screen anyone in 5 mins' They can't which explains the level of criminal activity in this complex!!!
