This was my first apartment I was 18 when me and my friend moved in. We had no problems w/crime or noise. The managment was AWESOME! Anything I needed was fixed same day. We lived near the road in a ground floor apt and the only reason I moved was that I was going to college in a different city. When I moved though my roommate moved into one of the apts near the woods and her apt was broken into twice in four months, so the managment moved her into a top floor apt facing the road. We never did hear anyone have problems w/getting their cars broken into. They don't do a background check though, just a credit check.
