I just wanted to add a note to inform you all that leave a negitive repor!
BRENTWOOD does do criminal on EVERYONE! THE STAFF CAN ONLY DO SO MUCH, All apartments have their ups and downs, but Brentwood takes pride in all of their residents as well as trying to keep all the parking monitored. If that means that a car gets a notice because they have had expired tabs or that is illegaly parked then they should be towed. I would like to park when I come home. There have been some issues, but The even had security on site 24 hours. As far as the staff, I have to say: at least they notified the residents to let them know what was going on. I know that when I lived in a different complex few years ago, they never told or sent any type of notices. I give Brentwood a A for staying on top of all the issues. All I can tell anyone who is readying this is they do crimianl background checks, they can get you approved the same day, and if you feel uncomfortable with the fact they can get you approved the same day, then why did you move in to the apartments/ Not to mention that they have a 30 day guarantee. So if you dont like your apartment, you can move. WHAT other company can offer you that!
I love it here, could not have asked for a better staff here, and lets just say, crime is everywhere!

Why don't you admit that you work for the company? I am a current resident and I do not lie. I do appreciate the maintenance guys as they seem to be pretty repsonsive. The people up front seem to be the problem on this level. IF you call you have to make sure you hound them as you are not really a priority. They need to make their numbers in renewals and new renters. All I can tell you is I've never seen such high turnover. As for the towing of cars...hmmm I didn't know that the apartment complex was in the role of law enforcement. I can tell you that I have had a couple of "notices to tow" put on my vehicle. They have my info but no notice was put on our door. So if my car would have been towed..I would have sued them for sure. They had the info so they are negligent not letting the resident know. Security on site 24x7??? What a crock. That's just a lie. If meaning you catch someone doing something and call the security company then ok...they are "on call" 24x7. If it were not for the crime and some of the lousy policies then this place would be one of the best. I might have to write this site to have your IP checked to see if you are a worker for the company. It's just disengenuous to post as a resident. I have a feeling I know who you are by some of the things you have said. THe reason for this site is for you to read and improve and for others to read and decide the pros and cons. Identify yourself as such and explain your case. Doing things this way makes you seem even less genuine.

I have all my paperwork from when I lived there, they did not do a background check on me! They approved me the second they checked my credit, had prof of renters insurence and the checked my income, took like an hour!

I lived here to and at no point did they do a background check on me, or my felon roommate (I found out later). I don't know what this person is talking about but the crime rate might go down here if they did background checks!

Yeah, no background check done on me or my husband either. From the time we filled out the paperwork until we went to Mcdonalds we were approved. I'd say that took fifteen minutes. if you consider the constant harassment of my children a background check then you would be right. By the way it is illegal for them to question your child behind your back. Also anyone with a mold problem needs to have it tested. It IS black mold and WILL make you sick. WSU will test mold samples for free. Children with asthma are often times found to be living with roaches. This may sound weird but it is true. I suggest people have their mold tested NOT by Brentwood staff but some place honest. Also even if you do not see them put out a roach trap and see what happens. You did not sign a lease to share your apartment with roaches, ants, silverfish or other infestations that are the responsibility of Brentwood. Once you find out what you are living with tell them you want out with out harassment. If they do not let you out contact your local news and paper. You do not have to live in a home that is unsafe. It may take some effort but do not let them bully you. You have more rights than you know. So here's to you, Ms. "Lies, and more lies from past residents" You are just rude. Everyone is entitled to tell their story and you just call us all liars? I am glad that you have such a poor standard of living that you think Brentwood is a nice place to live.
