We thought these apartments were great when we first moved in. Then as we looked closer we found that stuff was broken i.e. our stove burns everything so we either have to take it out before its done or we have to eat it burnt. Good luck making a cake or something. There were stains in the carpet when we moved in. The windows in the winter leak cold air so heater has to over work itself to keep place warm. That if your lucky if both heaters work in living room. You can hear conversations of the other tenants even if they are talking normal not screaming or anything.

We have been here almost a yr and there have been atleast 8 breakins in the complex. People always blast their music when they drive in the complex and car alarms go off all hours of the night.

They have screwed up info in the office all the time just this month they said we didn't pay our rent and we got an eviction notice so we went to talk to them and they said they had put it under our mothers account because she lives here to. They constintly call us to find out what apartment she is in and what garage is hers even though they are in the office and can look this stuff up.

They fine you on every little thing they tell you what kind of blinds to have in the apartment, what color screen to have that goes on the deck(it can only be white) and that only certain things can be on your deck if it isn't this way they fine you 200. The apartments size is okay but the kitchen is small. They are raising the rent and it isn't worth what you get to pay that much.

Parking is horrible, they try to cram so many spaces in one area that you can hardly open the doors to get out. I have a mid size car and with twins trying to get them in and out of carseats is terrible. I am always banging someone elses car because you have to squeeze to get them out.

As far as grounds, there is good lighting everywhere unless you in the very back apartments at the end of the complex. The grass is always cut and everything looks nice out side. Although I broke my ankle coming back from the pool because the sidewalk is real narrow infront of the office and there are quite a few bushes and if your not watching you could step off the sidewalk(which I did and thats how I broke it)

I think it's good that they don't allow you to keep your crap/trash on your patio and require white screen doors. Shows that they care what the complex looks like. I'd rather have them fine people for that then live in a place that looks white trash.
