This is a beautiful community. I moved out at the end of November 2006, I would have stayed at Brentwood if I hadnt just gotten a job promotion. With Equity you can transfer to any other property with out breaking the lease. This was a great thing for us since I only have 20 days to move to my new location to start work. The property has a great office staff, they are helpful. The maint guys are very prompt. The grounds are kept beautifuly landscaped. I have lived in several apartments in the Vancouver area and this is by far the quitest complex. Keep in mind that a lot of this negitive comments on her are probably the ones who you dont want living her to begin with. Brentwood is a great place to live. All apartments have their ups and downs. If I were to move back to WA, I would rent at Brentwood with out a doubght!
