I rent at brentwood now, I currently live around the pool. I was reading another review, seen that someone said that the pool after 10 was crazy. I am sorry that is a lie! I have been here for almost 3 years now, and once in a blue moon someone sneaks into the pool after 10 pm. I would have to say 98% of the time it is quite here. Parking issues have been a problem when another person does not have any respect for the parking and parks over the line. This can cause the problems. I have to say that I have not had any problems with parking in my area. They have re paved the lot here and made some adjustments to the spaces, but its not brentwoods problem that at night whent he office is closed someone parks over the line. I have seen the staff puting notices on cars and having them towed when they are parked the wrong way.
The patios seem to be anothers way of storage, and have to agree that some can look bad BUT the office staff have sent out letters informing ALL the residents of the proper stuff that can be stored on patios. Now I keep mine clean, as I dont have a lot of junk, but I have noticed when the flyers go out, that improvements happen with in a few days.
I have no issues with any funky smells in my apartment, but can assure you that if I have had any issues, the staff is right there to fix it with out any delays. This is part of why we stay here now. We have always been treated with a smile! OUR SERVICE here is Great as well as our apartment. I was talking with some of my neighbors about this site, they too have stated that they have not had any problems while living here. I plan to live here for another few years and with out a ever thinking twice about it.
Reading other reviews on here I have to agree on another one that says "the ones that are bitching about their problems are ones we dont want here any how"
Again, I agree apartment life is apartment life. Its not a house with a fenced yard! You will alwyas have children playing, hearing someones music from time to time, but it is not bad by any means.
Great place for us, but you need to judge yorself when you get here.

I agree, I have not had any problems with the pool at night nor in the daytime. I am leaving now as my lease is up and have to move to Seattle, but feel that the staff treated me with the best service!! I would highly recomned this property to anyone who wishes to have the best service.
