I have lived in this complex for over 6 years. The first couple of years were good, the staff took care of things, and it was a good fit for kids. Something has changed, it is a great place to party, but not so safe for kids. My daughter cut her hand deeply a year ago on a broken beer bottle. It was in the grass where the kids play. 4 hours at the hospital she was lucky she still had the use of her hand. I asked the staff to send out a notice letting renter know to be more careful, they did not. Over the last year I have policed my area to protect my child. I came home after a short vacation to find the parking lot full of broken beer bottles. This time I did not clean it up, I called the staff. They did come and clean it, but 2 days later I found broken beer bottles in the grass, this time I cleaned it up because my daughter almost stepped in it. I call the office again and asked them to please warn people to be more careful. The answer was we don't know whose doing it so we can't send out a notice. Well when ever a child scribbles on a wall or handrail they have no problem calling them in the office, not knowing who did it. I have never seen a scribble send someone to the hospital, but broken glass will every time. So if you want to raise a family do it somewhere else, you want to party and smash beer bottles THIS IS THE PLACE FOR YOU!
