Steal my silverfish, please.

I used to love living here. It was a nice apartment for reasonable rent. Between the mold, the silverfish, the floods and the partying, I spend more time at my parents than at my own place.
My apartment has been flooded by my neighbor's washer lines breaking twice and by their toilet three times. While the maintenance men were great about drying out the carpets, sanitizing my home from toilet floods was entirely left to me. After the most major of these five floods, the management offered me a hotel for one night, the carpet blowers were on much longer than that, I could not walk to my bathroom without rainboots.
Water is a pervasive problem here. The automatic sprinkler system often runs 24 hours a day outside my apartment. I've come to fear the sound of a tranquility fountain! It is hard to decide if I prefer water or the many silverfish in my light fixtures. Please don't tell them about the silverfish, the office staff will probably charge me for pets. (They're just a little money-focused.)
Everything here gets stolen or broken into. I've replaced windows in my car, twice, after my car was broken into. I no longer buy bikes or scooters for my kids. There is no place to keep them without them getting stolen.
This is not at all a kid-friendly community. The office staff routinely questions children (without parental presence or permission) about any hop-scotch chalk writing, riding their bikes on the sidewalks (what bikes'), a ball left in the grass for 20 minutes, and sometimes why we had a hailstorm or why it keeps raining or anything else one can easily pin on a child. Try to get the office to do anything about the real problems here and suddenly this keen investigative drive is nowhere to be seen. My pre-teen daughter had a slumber party that ended when security came knocking at my door at 10:15 regarding a noise complaint. While I know that girls can be loud, I still can't figure out how anyone heard them over my neighbors' heavy metal music and their constant late-night obscenity-laden 'conversations'.
One good thing about living here is that all leases eventually come to an end.
