Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2007
We moved in December of 2005, and we found 27 things that needed to be fixed in our unit, from the walls dirty to a hole in the guess bathroom, just to name two. I made a list and submitted to the management. From the time we moved in until now, we have had only part of this list fixed. Our folding washer dryer doors are still broke, we have some type of red substance coming out of the bathroom ceiling, our carpet is coming apart, and we have been vandalized 3 times, and out cars have been hit twice. We have complained to the staff/management, about the parking, and even caught one guy for a parking violation with management at scene, just for the guy to get away with it. And the management will not do anything about noise or other disturbances unless we call security, the police, etc. For the price we are paying, and the issues we face each day, I feel that the management and staff should be top notch, and not here only for a pay check.
