We lived there for 2 month from Sept.-Nov. The first unit had black mold it stunk from day one, but the apt. place just said it was the smell of freshly cleaned apt.
yet there was huge cool-aid stains on the carpet. The guest bathroom had to be gutted due to the fact of the bathroom was completly soaked with a water leak over the years. So we moved next door to a newly carpeted apt. and painted but we already had roommates in the new place, it was infested with german cockroaches. So we move to a much nicer place within 2 days of finding the cockroaches. We had had enough, being that the office was trying to accuse us of bringing in the bugs and not bombing while we were still there, but going to after we left. So we left
and tried to forget about the nightmare. I would never reccomend this ghetto apt. place to anyone not even my worst enemy. Oh i forgot to say that our next door neighbor was a drug dealer having ppl comming and going at all hrs of the day and night, some of his customers knocked on our door by mistake that was a nice touch STAY AT YOUR OWN RISK- THIS PLACE IS BAD I DONT SEE HOW THEY STAY IN BUSSINESS STAY AWAY FROM BUILDING "T" AND THE ENTIRE BRENTWOOD APT.

I broke it because it was a 30 day satisfaction guarantee , what problems are you having?
