A year ago I posted a rather scathing review of Brent wood. I was in an area that was noisy and a lot of parting was going on. My child was hurt by a broken beer bottle and I was pissed. However I had a issue with a neighbor that was threatening to my child and they moved heaven and earth to move me. I love my new place and the people that made it happen. Now to the bad news, my daughter had 2 friends sleep over last night and for whatever reason they decided to sneak out after I was asleep. They were playing in the sprinklers then decided to kick them. Of course they broke and a neighbor followed them back to my place and reported them. THANK YOU, most of the damage around here is done by the tenets. It is our responsibility to police our areas and our kids. Unfortunately I fell asleep and trusted them to behave. No more sleepovers here. The office is being very kind but, this is destroying property and we could be kicked out for it. So when you see horrible pictures of water shooting in the air, some preadolescence was doing something stupid while their parent slept. It's a big complex and the people that run it bust their ass daily to keep it running and looking nice for YOU! I think they try harder then some of the tenets.
