I was in Brentwood to check out some apartments with my husband. We have falling on some hard times and he was laid off and we decided it was time to move from a house to apartment. We really loved the three bedrooms, but Wendy was the one that should us around and it really seemed like we were bothering her. It seemed like everytime we would ask her a question she would roll her head back and act like another question. She also acted she was in a big hurry to show us and get back to the office. I felt like she didn't want to deal with us at all. Maybe we didn't meet her idea of the people that should live there. She rolled her head back four times. Maybe our questions were stupid to her but they were important to us and this is where we wanted to make sure this is where we wanted to live. When we got back to the office she was acting like she was just to busy to answer our questions so we gave up as we were pretty much was scooded out the door. It is hard enough for my husbands pride to have to move in the first place but to be treated like we didn't belong and we were a bother was another. We loved the apartment but have decided to look more. If this is the way Wendy treats future tenents I just don't want to find out how you are treated once you live there. It is to bad that one persons bad attitude could make the place look bad. What a shame.

Its not you...trust me..we were the ones that posted the Roach motel comment..the first apt we were stuck in had black mold and we think contributed to the death of our cat, as he had respiratory problems, and had to be put to sleep, and when we told the office, being we had only been there not even a month, if we could get part of our cat deposit back, Wendy's exact words were, "Just get another cat"..this woman has no compassion or empathy for anyone..I would say she really "loves" her job and her life in general..It wasnt you, its her.
