Gross! The management allows neighbors to vomit and have their dogs poop on the side walks.
I am a dog owner and follow the rules to help my neighbors.
The same respect is not shown to us or inforced by the management.
Management does not return phone calls with out many requests.
When you do get them to call you back the Maintenance guys are so nice and helpful, those guys make you feel like they really do care that you are happy to live there.

I totally agree! Brentwood is the worst place to live in Vancouver.
I lived there 5 years the first few were ok but the last year was hell.
Drugged out party animal neighbors and management that is afraid to answer your calls.
They have caller id so next time call from a friends cell or block your number. This is the only way to get them to answer.
