Please tell me how there gonna tell me that to renew my lease My rent would go up to $867 I think.

But my downstairs neighbor right across the way only pays $800 for there 3 bedroom.

I dont find that right at all.

First arent downstairs usually more expensive' Well I guess it doesnt really matter because I am most definitely not renewing my lease!

I agree, the staff sucks. They are lazy and quick to take your money but slow to give a damn about anything else.

I will only say you should have known better to come back... BUT yes its not a nice place to live. There are other properties owned by the same place that owns Brentwood and they are SO nice. I ment the manager at one of the local places and she was so nice and so helpful. I veiwed the whole area even being as rude to walk up on to other folks patio to see how they lived. It is the people running BRENTWOOD that allow it to be SO GROSS!! I can not wait to leave Brentwood. I feel bad for you and hope you find a way out of Brentwood too.
