Have to wonder if all the reviews are from the same person..

As a resident I have to wonder if all the reviews are from the same person as I have not encountered any of the situations people have written about aside from the soggy grass (but hey! we live in the Pacific Northwest!).

I get home late in the evening and can always find a spot near my apartment and my guests haven't had a parking issue either.

My car has managed to remain in tact despite all of the complaints of break ins and window shattering.

Go figure.

The only neighbor I ever hear is the one above me and it's just normal walking around here and there, something you can expect living in an apartment.

When I did my walkthrough when I first moved in we noticed the screen door was broken, the kitchen light was out and one of the burners needed fixed.

I went to pick up my belongings to move in and by the time I got back 20 minutes later, they had all been fixed properly.

No ants/roaches, no leaks, no complains here but again, living in an apartment with other tenants, things happen.

Perhaps the folks with complaints should take a look at the way they are living (i.e.

the state they keep their apartment in).

If you expect to live in a 5-Star apartment, pay a 5-Star price and move.

How do you live in a clean apartment? I am sure you keep your place clean but, silverfish and water permeate. It is not about how people live it is about water damage and silverfish. Silverfish are a member of the roach family. I am glad your experience has been a pleasant one. No one ever lit my patio on fire or spray painted my outer walls so I am not that person. I did however have silverfish and my car broken in to twice. So there are at least two of us who are complaining and different. And like you said you get what you pay for. I pay 950 a month know for a very nice apartment and it is worth it.

No they are not from the same person i can promise you that. I have posted and I have seen postings from many others. Brentwood in some areas very well could be a diffrent place to love but in building V its so crummy and people I have talked to in Y & Z have some of the same issues we do. So just maybe the back is like living in a bad place... I dont want 5 star your right or I would be paying that price but i would like to just not have to have Vomit and Poop all over the front of my building and on the stairs.

okay first off if you and your guests can always find a parking spot then its the people like you that always have a million people over that create the problems so the actual residents cant park anywhere which is BS. you have a point about the 5 star rent thing but just because this isnt a 5 star place but that dosent mean mangament shouldn't take care of this place or their residents. its no excuse. and the apartments should be ventliated alot better because if im hearing the conversations that my neighbors are having with a regular voice then i should not be charged 950$ a month for a 2 bed room apartment. were getting ripped off this place is not near as much worth it.

bit me, 5 star anything at the brentwood it would be a -5 star all across the board. I think you must be an employee no one at this place who lives here or has ever lived here thinks the way you do. inless your a fan of roachs, mold, silver fish, thin walls, loud ppl, and really bad office ppl.
