I could not agree more with the negative comments that other people have offered while living at Brentwood. The pictures that are portrayed on the Brentwood web site are far from the truth. Since living here I have encountered mold, mice, unpainted walls, backups in all drains inside my apartment, and my favorite of all is dog poop all over the sidewalks and parking lot. The office employees are all rude and fake. They could care less about your apartment problems you are just another number to them. A child could fix the problems within the apartment better then the staff that Brentwood employs. In the summer the garbage is stacked so high it would be impossible for a bum to go dumpster diving. The children that run free around the apartment unsupervised have a trucker s mouth and run in packs. These packs love to pick on new comers. Anyone raising their child to be a decent human being has a losing chance with the majority of the children that live here. Good luck finding a parent checking on their child. The only positive experience about living here is that my lease is almost up and I will be able to leave Brentwood.
