I can only say that one of my best friends lives there with her son and their dog.

She has a very nice sized apartment, that is ridicously cheap for what she got.. I pay more than she does and my house sucks.



but she got TWO full bathrooms, one in her bedroom and there is one outside, the kitchen is mid size.. we both fit there without feeling overcrowded, space for everything she has and will get i am sure

she says the cable by Comcast is free and she says that high speed internet is free.

Well.. i know the cable part is free.

about the high speed broadband service.. uhm.. i will and so should you, and ask.



the area has a lot of green and plenty of parking space..

she says that prop. management is friendly

well, i would not know.. have not seem them and will not move for a while.

oh i am not sure what deposit she paid, it wasnt much i guess.. she moved.

I know that it was at least 700.




it also has a fireplace.. odd, i have not seen many places with those things.. nice touch, carpeted floors, except the kitchen.. it has tile i think.. easer to clean, nice idea. and utility room.. well, little room.

laundry on site or inside her apartment.. i am not sure.. but she begs me to go wash it there for free.. so it must be inside her apartment.
