I have lived in the Bridgecreek Terrace apartments for about 2 years. My rent has never been increased. I love that! My neighbors are wonderful. Never hear a peep. I actually get to sleep at night!
The office is really bad about notifying tenants when work is to be done. I was without running water for 36 hours on one occasion. We were not notified it was even being turned off. Yesterday I came home after being gone only 15 min. to find someone had entered my apartment without notifying me. Apparently it was the chimney sweeper. I was not notified...he just walked right in. I called to complain to management...nobody has responded to my complaint. I saw the same man entering my neighbors apartment today...you can bet she was not notified either. I love my apartment...but can't live with the lack of respect for a paying tenant. I will be moving when my lease is up.
