pitbulls and broken down cars

Years at this apartment: 1999 - 2005
i've lived here for 6 years. it started out great, but with management changes, has gone steadily downhill. my dog got attacked by a pitbull LIVING in the complex about a month ago, and i'm still waiting for something to be done about it. also, i complained about a broken down car that had been in front of my apartment for a month (there are lots, but i don't really care unless they're near me), it sat for 3 additional weeks, until the people finally got it running, then it moved. seems the management only cares about getting their money, not about making residents happy.
