My husband and I moved into these apartments thinking that it could be a place that we could stay for a couple years until we find a house, well we were wrong. A month into living here our car got stolen (unfortunatly we signed a year lease), we have downstairs neighbors who have 4 or 5 kids and are noisy and don't care that they are noisy, We have had our cars keyed and just recently there were 5 cars that were spray painted some with the letters KKK painted on them. The quality of the fixtures and appliances is very poor as well. I will say that Andrea the assistant manager is great asset to this apartment complex she's very understanding and friendly.

All of the things you are having trouble with, are things that could happen at any apartment complex. Your comment towards the staff shows that the complex itself has met your needs properly, but there were some unfortunate events that occured to make you unhappy.

A right to peaceful enjoinment is a legal right of all apartment residents, managers are responsible enforcers, and if they don??????t maintain an atmosphere of mutual respect among residents then they are not doing their job.
