This property is under new ownership and management and it really shows.
They are really improving the place. New siding, paint and landscaping are giving the place a fresh new look. And the remodeled apartments are amazing, they are so luxurious and the cost is still very reasonable, at just $659 for a 722 sq. ft one bedroom and only $755 for a good sized two bedroom. They are getting ready to re-do the clubhouse in the next month, I'm really excited to see what great things they'll do next. aLKeoXpj3s4OSgrp1trb

THAT REVIEW FROM 9/15/2007 IS HILLARIOUS! I ACTUALLY KNOW A NUMBER OF PEOPLE WHO LIVE AT THIS COMPLEX AND I GUARANTEE THEY WOULD ALL DISAGREE!!!! THE NEW OFFICE STAFF IS SO UNRESPONSIVE AND RUDE TO THEIR EXSISTING RESIDENTS, NOT TO MENTION THE CREWS THEY HAVE DOING THE REMODEL, WORK AT THEIR OWN PACE AND ARE SO SLOPPY AND DISORGANIZED. YOU SHOULD FIND OUT THE NAME OF THE COMPANY AND NEVER USE THEM. THEY MAY HAVE CHANGED THE NAME AND RAISED THE RENTS, BUT THEY SURE AREN'T MAKING UP FOR IT WITH THE PERSONEL (WITH THE EXCEPTION OF THE ASSISTANT,WHO SEEMS TO BE NICE). NO NORMAL PERSON WHO DOESN'T WORK IN APARTMENT MANAGEMENT WHO EVER WRITE SOMETHING THAT SOUNDS LIKE AN AD. THIS IS APATRTMENT RATINGS NOT APARTMENT GUIDE!
