You get what you pay for. The owner is crooked and will do everything to get more money out of you, lie steal and cheat you Yes you Harold, and make false documents so you have to pay more. People be warned hes out for himself and laughs if you threaten to sue saying hes has more money than anyone so noone can touch him. Be warned people its cheap but is it worth it'

Wow I am not the only person who had this sorta problem? I am currently being sued because of a similar situation. This guy only owed the place the month I moved out (while I was living there in 2003/2004 i beleive) and decided to tack my bill with outrageous prices that were damages from previous tenants!

He overcharges a lot when people move out go to Clark County Court before you move in and check it out yourself it is pubic record ! So if you have a brain the info is already there ! He threaten everyone and thinks hes unstoppable because he has a "high price lawyer " The thing is i have a " HIGHER PRICE LAWYER" and will provide the same attorney to anyone who needs one Guaranteed and you will not lose in court ! Harold never showed up to court when I went there the judge favored my side , but I never did get the money Harold Owes me ! It was funny cause Harold Lawyers first stated that the manager was there for three years , the manager stood up in front of the Judge and the Judge asked if that was true she like paused and said I been at the apartment three months the Lawyers Jaw dropped I don't think he read his paper work right LOL ! I could go on and on ! Kelly and Peter were one of our neighbors that just moved in when we were there ! They got there Harold promised he would fix there carpet and never did , but that wasn't the worse part ! They moved in and found out they had ants ! Harold would not have the ants exterminated he said they brought the ants there ! Then he charged them because they had there mothers cat (which was in a crate) $1700 for a pet fee since pets were not allowed ! Anyone with the right attorney would have won this ! in 245 is the apartment we Originally lived in we moved from that to 240 when we moved into # 240 is when the complex was bought by Harold . The people who moved in #245 were only there for 6 months after they moved in and moved out , they got Charged for outrageous repairs that were needed before they ever moved in ! I saved their but because I had picture of my daughters in that apartment with the damages from 1999 ! Just because Harold bought it doesn't mean he can rip people off to afford to do the repairs ,but that is what he has done ! He is very racist too !
