Be smart - MOVE ON - This place is Horrible - and the OWNER Harold is a ---- - Gets in your biz - gives your guests dirty looks when they come and go - and he is ALWAYS there even though he has an on-site manager! (3 managers in 2 years!) The Parking is horrid, your car will get broken into, your GAS syphened (sp'), and absolutely terreble grounds and structures. They recently added sprinklers they couldn't even get into the ground so they stick up everywhere - There is NO WHERE but the alley that the kids are allowed to play so if they do actually play in the alleys - EVERY SINGLE SOUNDS anyone makes comes thru the Cheap-ASS sheet glass 1960's windows and paper thin walls! AND EVERY SOUND YOU MAKE IN your apartment Can be heard outside like you were standing there talking to the person outside hearing everything- NO JOKE! So Personal conversations, sex, showers, even flushing the toilet can be heard outside/inside. The Plumbing has been messed up for years to a point that they over charged me $600 over a year- NOTHING is included in the rent and they ----- if you own more then one car - WILL TOW your car if the Tags are expired - EVEN IF you live there! You are not allowed to Store a 2nd car there and they also refused to let us park on the PUBLIC street in front of the entrance. They JUST got a new manager as of July 08 and I feel SORRY for her - knowing already what HELL she is going to go thru working for a man like Harold - There are SOOOOOO many F'ed up things going on in this place - just be smart - GO elsewhere - this place is a DEATH TRAP! Oh and by-the-way... I was warned by 5- Honestly, 5 different renters past and -at that time- present right when I moved in that warned me about the owner, manager, and the BS that place-the BILLS are unbelievably high because so much of their crap is old or paper thin! And I didn't add my personal bills to that amount! Rent, elec, water/sewer, garbage, laundry (because there ISN'T A W/D IN THE UNITS!) All cost an arm and a leg there! OH and PAY a Handy man - CL, Handyman.com - anything but allowing that CREAPY Maintenace Guy "Maney" in your Place - THEY FORCE YOU TO Sign a Work order -The ONLY work Orders they will give you- that states they will enter YOUR home without permission - THAT IS BULL ---- and that ass DID come into my home once WITHOUT PERMISSION- GOD I HATED THIS PLACE!

Damn.... Original Poster is spot on and so is the 'ex-manager'. Lived there for awhile myself and fully agree with them both!!! Stay Away! Danger Will Robinson! Run....run for your lives.....

Oh and GOOD LUCK getting you deposit back - Harold PERSONALLY comes thru your home and Makes S%$*& Up in order to keep your deposit and then will FIND stuff to actually Bill you MORE FOR!

I've been living here for a long time and I haven't had any problems. The ex manager never did her job. I only saw her for a week out of the 2 month she was here. It probably wouldn't have been so bad if she did what she was suppose to. The manager before her was great, Tina was the nicest person ever. The new manager they hired is really nice too and seems to be doing well.

you probably only saw me every so often because I was always cleaning out the numerous vacants. I always had the cell phone and always answered it. I've been in property management for a number of years and I can tell you that I wouldn't have lasted in the industry if I didn't do my job. the owner and the company alike are nearly impossible. but in the end everyone will decide for themselves. not everyone will like it not everyone will hate it, but it seems everyone here hated it.
