Oh and if you are Black or an Islander he raises your rent up !!! Ask His manager Erin what he did to her , his wife would be ashamed

OH also check out the planted they concreted over when fixing up the concrete wall also they didn't even use the right material for the job you don't use Brick mortor for that ! Any idiot knows that !

Some people get into a place and can't afford to get out until much later. Have you seen what it costs to rent these days? On top of that the owners want first, last and deposits. Too much money to move! This place is not big, it's not great, but it is what you make it. If I get charged extra fees when I move out, I will be PISSED! We have had to repair things ourselves too, and when we first moved in the mixette for the shower was stripped and Tina told us we just needed to use a screwdriver to tighten it all the time instead of replacing it. Our fridge leaks too and I was told it was because my freezer was full, but it leaks when it's empty too. Hmmm...the kitchen faucet came off and we replaced that too. Ridiculous.
