I've been living for quite sometime now(about 2 years) and I absolutely love it. It's quiet and close to everything since it's off of Mill Plain. They got new management that's really nice and tends to everything. It used to be a bit noisy but I know those tenants were asked to leave. I've never seen cops come by here to pick up anyone, it's really mellow. I don't have kids but it's a family environment. I would recommend to everyone I know. They're turning this place around, I know they updated a lot of things in the empty apartments.

OMG - Is it HAROLD ??? You SO LIE Or DO NOT Pay attention to ANYTHING that goes on there - In the Last two years - There has been NUMEROUS police calls - Check the Public Records! A Death By DRUG OverDose and An Apartment fire to name a FEW of the F'ed up issues you OBVIUSLY are NOT paying attention to - the fact that you DON't Have kids and say it's family friendly.... OKAY - if that is true then Where do the Kids play??? In the park? Oh thats right THERE ISN'T ONE! - They Play in the busy dead end street - in litter strewn Alley ... and the Laudry Rooms -Yeah - Great Family place.... God try HAROLD LOVER - ALL THOSE THAT HAVE LIVED THERE KNOW YOU ARE FULL OH SH$&^*(Y#@#&!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

If you knew how to do math you would realize it doesn't make that much. The apartments rent for $625 and there's 70. Go ahead start calculating. You obviously have your previous numbers all mixed up.
