Years at this apartment: 1993 - 2002
HSC REAL ESTATE INC, They dont care about their long term Tenants. People that have been here along time get no respect or concederation. If a tenent has problem with loud People above them , no big deal. Let tenents back cars in so fumes come into bedrooms. Will not make children mind just let them run wild above other tenents on lower level. Garbage is always full. speeding car, NO speed bumps where needed. Will be moving as soon asap.
