Initially management is accomodating, friendly and courteous. Soon you realize it isn't genuine. As time passes, the less professional and courteous they become despite your best attempts to be friendly. Problems and repairs were not addressed in a timely fashion and soon doing their basic job seems to be a bother. Now you are locked in a lease...what option do you have but to deal with it'
When living in any apartment one expects issues with noise, neighbors, etc. What makes the difference is management...this aparment complex lacks professional and capable staffing and was highly disappointed with my experience living here.

I COMPLETELY agree with you. When I first moved in the office staff was beyond nice. Afterwards any time I would call them (which was 3 times at most during a one-year period) then would breath this heavy sigh as though extremely annoyed and rush me through whatever it was I was calling about. (usually a simple question, or minor repair) When I moved out I cleaned the apartment SPOTLESS. They claimed to not have recieved my notice and with-held my security deposit. On top of that they had my car towed because I had a wheel off for one night being repaired. The apartments are cute, the staff are not. Also for more than 1/2 the time I lived there the tanning bed was broken and the gym was closed due to "vandalism". The pool was also frequently off limits for cleaning that seemed to take weeks. Good luck! |
